We're seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team and contribute to improving our onboarding process, ensuring a top-tier customer experience, and spreading joy through plants to our growing customer base.
Position Overview: (This is important to have)
We’re seeking an Inside Sales - Account Manager to join our growing and thriving team. This person will be a crucial link between our company and our customers. You will mainly work with our customers but will also work with and support our office management. In this dynamic position, your dedication to sales, customer service, attention to detail and efficiency will fuel our company’s ability to continue to spread the joy of our seasonal arrangements to homes and businesses alike.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial phone consultations for inbound leads (approximately 2000 leads/year)
Educate homeowners on suitable planting services, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions
Promptly generate accurate quotes based on consultations
Address customer inquiries and finalize sales
Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships, follow up to confirm customer satisfaction
Customer interactions via phone and email
Track opportunities in our CRM
Collaborate with office management to maintain accuracy of our book of accounts/jobs in our software system/special projects
Act as a liaison between our production team and customers as needed
Update and audit client accounts in our software for accuracy and efficiency
Receive hands-on training to understand our products, services, and the technical aspects of our seasonal offerings
Qualifications:
People Skills: Must genuinely enjoy engaging with people, be a talented conversationalist, be passionate about building long-term, loyal customer relationships
Communication Skills: Professionally communicates Enliven Planters' core offerings efficiently during phone consultations; comfortable with a high volume of phone and email contact; highly responsive via phone, text, and email during working hours
Customer Service Skills: Eager to listen to potential/existing customers to understand their needs and find appropriate solutions
Organization and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records of conversations and formulate proposals in our software system promptly; keep a well-organized inbox and to-do list
Strong multitasking skills
Good conflict resolution skills and patience. An ability to react professionally to a diverse range of problems and potentially frustrating customer issues
Previous sales or customer service experience in design, horticulture, or home service industries preferred
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems
Horticultural knowledge not required; horticulture, product, and sales training will be provided
