ECS is seeking an Project Manager to the develop, design and create Train the Trainer (T3) course and course products. This is a remote position that requires 25% travel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing each aspect of the courses including scheduling, classroom support, preparing and integrating equipment for training and exercise use, audio visual input, guest speaker visits coordination, lesson material / handout duplication, class rehearsals, after action review, lodging, transportation, and personnel support. 
• Responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationship with customer management and maximizing program performance ratings.
• Developing and providing training for varying class sizes utilizing an array of formats, medium and methodologies.
• Must be able to travel (up to five times a year/17-day increments)

Required Qualifications: 

• Active US Government Secret security clearance 
• Bachelor's degree 
• Military or law enforcement open-source intelligence (OINST) certification
• U.S. Citizenship 
• Familiar with U.S. Army physical and digital force protection training
• Instructor certification
• Must have real world experience (either through the military or law enforcement) on cybersecurity, digital and physical surveillance, and countermeasures.
• Must have supervisory and program management experience, and experience in managing personnel.
• Good writing, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Experience in hiring and managing employees.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including MS Project
• Previous experience as a PM.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)
• The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and may be required to sit for extended periods of time.
