Eng. is looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to provide high-level administrative support to Principals of the firm. Our ideal individual is well-organized, exercises good judgement, is flexible, and motivated to assist in advancing company initiatives and goals. A successful candidate will excel in written and oral communication, has strong administrative skills, and is able to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.
Primary duties include:
· Support executives as directed to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
· Manage professional and personal scheduling including calendar, email, mail, phone calls, client management and company logistics.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel accommodations.
· Project related tasks including file organization, financial management and reporting.
· Technical writing includes assistance with process, standard operating procedures, proposals, specifications, contract amendments, letters, reports, and instructional documents.
· Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
· Assist with process development and implementation.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all materials.
· Other related duties as requested by Principals and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Five or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses.
· Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
