About the Role

To help achieve the massive growth potential for our EnergyHUB system and supporting marketing services, we have an exciting opportunity on our team for a Business Development & Sales Executive. This role will be fully commission-based, with uncapped earning potential. We have an amazing commission structure that will allow the successful applicant to make great money and develop an ongoing income stream with recurring commissions. We will support you with training, warm leads, and collaboration.

You will use your sales and business development expertise to explore and nurture leads, build relationships, identify marketing and other business needs for clients, communicate our value proposition, present the EnergyHUB marketing and sales automation system and complementary digital marketing solutions, and maintain relationships with the clients that you work with.

What You Bring to Our Team

  • Proven B2B outside sales experience (2 years minimum). PROVEN is the optimum word here!
  • Strong prospecting, presentation and closing skills (what good business development job doesn’t need these?).
  • Marketing Agency and/or SaaS sales experience is a major asset.
  • Great communication skills, and fully fluent in English. You listen first!
  • Self-motivation, independent spirit and the ability to hold yourself accountable (with the support of a great team of course).
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the Google suite of software (Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc) is essential.
  • Familiarity with using CRM & Marketing Enablement SaaS systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of digital prospecting tools, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others like Dripify, etc.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Comprehensive training with our leadership and team of experienced sales and marketing professionals.
  • Competitive compensation with no cap or maximum amount you can earn: % on all NEW sales an ongoing RENEWAL annuity for EnergyHUB subscriptions. We estimate you should be able to earn $6,000 to $10,000 per month within 3 to 4 months. The more you close the more you will earn: there is no cap!
  • Industry leads and sales support.
  • Remote work flexibility: Work from home or wherever you prefer.
  • A variety of marketing collateral materials at your fingertips to assist your efforts.
  • Expense reimbursement as pre-authorized.
