As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, you will use your skills to:

• Ensure multi-party interviews are scheduled in a timely manner (mainly on zoom)
• Facilitate an amazing candidate experience from start to finish - making sure candidates are updated and informed at all stages in our process
• Create and manage job requisitions and postings
• Work alongside your Recruiting peers to build and continuously refine a world-class Recruiting program
• Follow up with key hiring team members to ensure our process moves along seamlessly
• Work on Recruiting Projects on an ad-hoc basis
• Track all inbound candidates in our ATS and manage, review & monitor our interview pipeline (we use Lever & Workday)
• Ensure that we respond to all candidates in a timely and courteous manner
• Provide general support to the Recruiting team and and scheduling hiring team pre briefs and debriefs
• Preserve confidential information such as offer letters, compensation data, and candidate information with a high degree of integrity and judgment

• 2-4 years of recruiting coordination experience
• Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
• Prior experience working in a high recruiting volume environment ideally in the tech space
• Ideal experience would be with Workday, Outlook mail / calendar and various Applicant Tracking Systems 
• A well developed sense of urgency
• Creativity, flexibility, and the innate ability to problem-solve complex issues and navigate complicated situations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• We offer competitive compensation; Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $29.62 and $37.61 an hour and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
