Endpoint is looking for a Salesforce Architect with a background in the title and settlement industry to join the Revenue team. You will work on a cross-functional team to participate in the design, development, and support of our business applications to drive sales, marketing, and revenue growth. You will ensure that solutions deployed have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable to a growing operation. You will collaborate with sales leadership, customer success team members, operations leaders, product managers, UX designers, developers and other stakeholders on a regular basis to create and maintain our best of breed technology solutions. As a curious, proactive, self-motivated contributor, you will ensure that solutions deployed have technical integrity, stability, and are scalable to a growing operation.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will use your skills to:

• Own definition of the end-to-end solution architecture. This includes defining and leading a light-weight delivery framework that ensures quality and effectiveness.
• Negotiate technical solutions and design tradeoffs persuasively to business stakeholders.
• Estimate and implement data structure, flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application build as needed.
• Lead and grow teams of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Platform and Integrations experts.

• 3 years technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Force.com declarative configuration and Apex/Lightning/API development.
• Familiarity with user interface development principles and experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of and experience working in the title and settlement industry, preferably at large agents and/or underwriters.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Advanced Developer / Platform Developer II Certification
• Experience working with Mulesoft integrations and SSO, a plus.
• Application Architect Certification, a plus.

• We offer competitive compensation; Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $94,000 and $211,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
