Required Skills:

• Financial Services Experience
• Semarchy MDM Tool Experience
• Client is ok with some one having another tool experience like Informatica MDM, but Asset/Wealth Management experience, hands-on MDM experience is mandate
• Alternative Investments Business Domain Knowledge and Experience
• Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies.
• Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management. MUST
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions.
• Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organization implement MDM Solutions.
• Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making.
• 10 years relevant experience.
