Primary Responsibilities:*

• Collaborate with project requestors and sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish business and technical requirements.
• Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility and feasibility.
• Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicate these back to the business stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Available to work in person in Louisville office location.

Education / Experience Required:*

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Three to five years’ related work experience
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Exceptional presentation, collaboration and communication skills
• Superb recordkeeping, documentation, time management and organizational skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Licenses / Certification(s):*

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• CBAP or PMI-PBA Certification
• Lean/Six Sigma Certification(s)
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping
• Experience with ERP Business Process Mapping

• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming and racing licenses in applicable states.
