To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have : 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations A Strong customer service focus Being able to manage your time and stay organized EmployBridge offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential!
