Hunter International is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team at our new HQ building in Avon, OH. As a Senior Recruiter, you will continue to develop speed and efficiency and interface daily with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in recruiting.

Senior Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire candidate submittal process, including VMS tools, bill rates, and pay rates.
  • Consistently meet metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create a culture that attracts the best talent and enables high-performance teams to do their best work.
  • Coach and develop our next generation of recruiting leaders.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, connecting with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  • Work with business development and marketing to develop strategic plans for business growth.
  • Master recruitment strategy and sourcing on high-priority roles.
  • Ensure consistent alignment of recruiting strategy and deployment to business objectives.
  • Win trust and build credibility to advise, support, and drive value at all levels including executive leadership.
  • Monitor the use of recruiting resources including ATS, job boards, marketing, etc.
  • Establish regular communication and transparency on recruiting progress, key challenges, and wins to executive leadership.
  • Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent across a wide spectrum of position types.
  • Continuous improvement of recruiting processes to drive efficiency while creating exceptional candidate experiences.

Senior Recruiter Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5 years of experience working in a technical recruitment environment.
  • Exceptional professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated history of relationship building skills.
  • Proven track record of profitability.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
  • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
  • Strong technological aptitude.
