Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time with benefits opportunity available
• Working hours are business hours Monday Through Friday
• Pay is based on experience

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Long Term Care Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in Health Care Recruitment
• Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year experience in Human Resouces
• Must have strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have strong computer skills and a minimum of basic Excel skills
• Coordinating and carrying out policies and programs to all staff members on the team
• Agree not to disclose employees or resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator
• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll, medical, and health related information
• Verify employees with work and personnel records as necessary
• Work as a team on recruitment and hiring process to fill vacant positions
• Assist with new employee orientation programs explaining policies and procedures, salary, benefits, etc.
• Initiate and maintain employee records for current employees as well as all new hires
• Participate in job evaluations and wage and benefit surveys to determine competitive wage rates
• Monitor Performance Evaluation schedules for all employees and work with supervisors in effective performance management techniques to improve employee retention.
• Remote or Facility based position
