Education Level required: BA in related discipline preferred; Or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience; Or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Public sector experience a plus.
Experience required: 3-5 years, heavy talent acquisition, interviewing, scoring, and applicant appraisal. Sourcing via LinkedIn, ADP and really required. Demonstrate expertise handling multiple candidates throughout all stages of recruitment process. Recruiting within ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn Recruiter a must.
Knowledge required: Must be adaptable and have an ability to foster a collaborative environment and respect the perspective, recommendations and opinion of others. Articulate complex information through clear, concise and compelling recommendations; exhibit strong attention to detail, independent judgment and critical thinking. Must be able to manage highly sensitive and confidential communications with discretion and integrity. Must be comfortable working under pressure with limited supervision and sound independent judgment. Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion firmness and collaboration in dealing with individuals at all levels.
