ELITE RESTORATION is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Meridian, ID

The Business Development Manager’s (BDM) primary function is engaging in outside business development in the Boise, ID area for Elite Restoration. The BDM will market Elite Restoration’s services to the various clients to include but are not limited to: Facility Managers, Risk Managers, Independent Adjusters, Insurance Carriers, Insurance Brokers, and Insurance Agents.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions, to expand the company's market presence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Analyze and implement business development opportunities and strategies.
  • Create sales plans to introduce to commercial clients.
  • Create and implement both residential and commercial service plans.
  • Actively markets to new potential Elite Restoration clients/relationships.
  • Maintains and builds existing customer relationships.
  • Promoting our commercial and residential services for properties that have been damaged by water, fire, flood, mold, and other natural disasters.
  • Administers marketing program/campaign development, execution, management, and analysis.
  • Oversee the creation, ordering and tracking of marketing materials in print, internet, and other mediums for a variety of promotional and development projects.
  • Analyze client base to determine the best marketing approach and other situations that help drive sales.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities and communicate awareness and activities to management.
  • Assists during local, regional, and national marketing blitzes, when needed.
  • Attends promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Elite Restoration marketing functions.
  • Responsible for handling all public relations matters, which includes seeking out opportunities with multiple media outlets, composing press releases, completing award applications, handling media inquiries, etc.
  • Coordinates and manages all activities related to tradeshow/conferences
  • Maintain weekly and monthly sales activity reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals
  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing business plan and annual budget.
  • Continually assess productivity against budget, plan, and market.
  • Document lead generation, activity, sales tracking and analysis thru CRM system
  • Meet weekly with the General Manager and Owner (as needed) to discuss current challenges and future sales opportunities (biweekly in person)
  • Other assigned projects or work, as needed

Required Experience

  • Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in marketing and sales
  • Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales and business development in the service industry
  • Ability to structure and negotiate strategic alliances within the region
  • Execution of targeted marketing programs and market development strategies
  • Salesforce or other CRM database experience required
  • Ability to seek out and develop marketing opportunities
  • Ability to develop regional commercialization strategies
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Open-mindedness and creativity
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
