Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
