Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution.

- Knowledge of multilingual support is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and CRM software is beneficial.
