Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure a warm and inviting reception area.
Answering and Directing Phone Calls: Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Coordinate outgoing mail and packages as needed.
Scheduling and Appointments: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members. Maintain and update appointment calendars.
Customer Assistance: Provide general information and assistance to customers and visitors. Handle inquiries and direct them to the right personnel.
Maintaining Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies and keep the reception area well-stocked and organized.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and visitor logs. Manage sign-in and security procedures.
