Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers as well as intercompany personnel with their inquiries and concerns.
Duties:
- Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate tracking information
- Process pickups
- Resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
