What you’ll do?

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to the Director of Production. This position provides support by running EDIs; maintains accurate records and databases related to production, inventory and scheduling; monitors customers’ websites and prepares and organizes documents, reports and other materials for the manufacturing department. If you have a strong organizational and communication skills, proficient at multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
