Elevate Entertainment is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Kansas, MO

Company Information:

Elevate Entertainment and its sister brands are a rapidly expanding event entertainment conglomerate focused on bringing extraordinary experiences to gatherings of all types. Position Summary:

This position is available as a part or full time position for the right candidate. Pay is contingent on experience. This job is REMOTE in the Springfield, MO or Kansas City area with flexible hours. Full-time employees are offered Unlimited PTO.

The Marketing Manager will be given the opportunity to make decisions as they see fit in their role, given that these decisions make sense according to the company’s strategy and coincide with the goals and direction determined by the Leadership Team, of which this individual would be a member. There is autonomy in the tasks associated with this role and an expectation of creative idea generation that will move the company forward.

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will complete tasks for some or all of Elevate’s brands with the goal of overall company growth and reaching company and department KPIs. These brands include Elevate Entertainment, Selfie Mirror Photo Experiences, and any sister brands.

Responsibilities related to this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve on the Leadership Team, identifying new areas of growth and opportunity for Elevate and its sub-brands
  • Manage and execute branding/marketing strategies for Elevate and any/all of its sub-brands
  • Development of future brands and their related marketing strategies, plans, and execution
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission, both internally to our staff and externally to the market
  • Translate brand elements into plans and market strategies
  • Carefully examine and conform all consumer touchpoints related to our brand experience
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Monitor and assess consumer reactions to service offerings
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Assist with administrative and process-development tasks as needed

Essential Tasks and Duties:

  • PR videos, documents, and community communications
  • Social media strategy, content development, and publishing
  • Social listening and interaction for the benefit of company reputation and connections
  • Welcome messages on Instagram & swift social media message responses
  • Email campaigns for sales support
  • Weekly KPI updates including follower count, CAC, lead count, and website stats
  • Website edits as needed to support KPIs and goals
  • Selfie Mirror overlay and Monogram designs, client communications, and approvals
  • Hiring campaigns and job posts
  • Google Ads and Social Media paid ads
  • Department budgeting and tracking
  • Additional tasks as availability allows
