Eagle Global Scientific is working with CDC/NCIRD’s Influenza Division to provide serves in support of their mission of providing laboratory and epidemiology surveillance and technical assistance to state, national and international health entities and ministries throughout the world. We are seeking a Program Analyst to perform the following duties. Provide direct administrative and programmatic support to the Office of the Director (OD) and the respective Epidemiology and Prevention Branch (EPB) ChiefsUse and maintain administrative, programmatic and technical procedures for the day-to- day operations of the OD/EPBCoordinate OD/EPB related staffing, procurement and logistical documents.Process time and attendance for OD/EPB staffInitiate supply and service orders for OD/EPB staffProcess both domestic and international travel and training requests for OD/EPB staffServe as an alternate to the Branch Property CustodianAssist with preparation of reports, presentations, and papers for OD/EPB staffPlan, initiate and coordinate communication with the Division to ensure timely approval and completion of actions related to the day-to-day operations of the OD/EPBPerform database analysis for reporting of OD/EPB staffing, budgets, property, purchasing and travel issuesProvides administrative support for the inventory/property processing requisitions, reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy, scheduling deliveries and pickups, processing shipment returns, preparing reports and coordinating special projectsProvides administrative and logistical support for office and laboratory moves
