Eagle Global Scientific is working with CDC/NCIRD’s Influenza Division to provide serves in support of their mission of providing laboratory and epidemiology surveillance and technical assistance to state, national and international health entities and ministries throughout the world. We are seeking a Program Analyst to perform the following duties. Provide direct administrative and programmatic support to the OD and the respective Branch ChiefsUse and maintain administrative, programmatic and technical procedures for the day-to- day operations of the OD/BranchCoordinate OD/Branch related staffing, procurement and logistical documents.Process time and attendance for OD/Branch staffInitiate supply and service orders for OD/Branch staffProcess both domestic and international travel and training requests for OD/Branch staffServe as an alternate to the Branch Property CustodianAssist with preparation of reports, presentations, and papers for OD/Branch staffPlan, initiate and coordinate communication with the Division to ensure timely approval and completion of actions related to the day-to-day operations of the OD/BranchPerform database analysis for reporting of OD/Branch staffing, budgets, property, purchasing and travel issuesProvides administrative support for the inventory/property processing requisitions, reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy, scheduling deliveries and pickups, processing shipment returns, preparing reports and coordinating special projectsProvides administrative and logistical support for office and laboratory movesEGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
