Under supervision, the Agent Program Analyst is responsible for compiling reports, developing documentation for the Agent program, tracking Agent Certification statuses, and developing Agent-related content for the Agent Portal and website.
Monitors and tracks Agent-related activities, including agent certification verification, de-certification, and enrollments.
Coordinates with agency staff to manage the License Qualification and License Qualification renewal process for Agents.
Coordinates with agency staff regarding Agent certification applications and access to the Georgia Access Agent Portal.
Provides ongoing support for Agents as needed, including responding to escalated inquiries and recommending Interactive Voice Response (IVR) modifications to support Agents.
Develops Agent fraud reports; implements processes to resolve fraud-related issues.
Assists in maintaining Agent-related content on the Georgia Access website.
Develops Agent-related support resources, including an onboarding guide, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and job aid materials.
Develops and inform agent training content and recertification materials applicable for each plan year on an annual basis to ensure coursework reflects any changes to federal and state health insurance standards.
Develops content and communications for Agent engagement and Agent workgroup activities including mass mailings, industry association coordination, and webinars.
Performs other duties assigned.
