Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Receptionist to its team. This role will work in Atlanta, GA and works Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $25-26 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Assist with expense reports, including data entry and organizing receipts.
• Manage parking validations for guests and employees.
• Provide ad hoc support in setting up catering for meetings and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Personable, bubbly, and outgoing personality while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
