This position will provide administrative and clerical support for the Office Manager. This position will support various main office functions including:
- Answer phones
- Schedule service appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare communications, such as memos, and emails
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Other various tasks as needed
- Background check and drug testing required
- Part-time hours 12-5 p.m. M-F
- Job location is Piedmont. Five minutes from I-85 exit 35.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
