Description

Job Description: Are you a passionate individual with a knack for all things HR? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you on our team! As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees and management.

· Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

· Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

· Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions or concerns.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

· Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

· Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace safety.

· Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality, seeking solutions that align with company values and goals.

· Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably 

· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite

· SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
