Job Description: As a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing all invoices accurately and on time. You will play a key role in maintaining our vendor relationships and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Sort, code, and match invoices.
• Set up invoices for payment and enter them into the system.
• Track expenses and process expense reports.
• Prepare and perform check runs.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Produce monthly reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Requirements

 Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
