Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails and providing timely responses
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and manage projects as assigned by executives
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing personal appointments
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Strong computer literacy skills are essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with calendar management tools such as Outlook Calendar or Google Suite is a plus
