What You'll Do

Reporting to the GM, Asset Planning who is based in Brisbane Australia, you will be a leader in the project management space who will enable the safe, efficient and effective delivery of Capital Projects for Incitec Pivot Group. Leveraging your deep Asset Management expertise, you will own and drive continuous improvement of Asset Management, Capital Management and Project Management. The role involves coaching , mentoring the resources and influencing the stakeholders at all the levels to establish long term asset plans. This role will offer you a diverse and dynamic steering committee, project teams and operational leader's engagements with a key focus on being a trusted partner. Other duties will include:

• Demonstrate commitment to achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety leadership.
• Stakeholder management and the ability to coach, mentor, and influence cross-functionally.
• Facilitate development and implementation of standard practices that support delivery of personnel and process safety outcomes.
• Develop, own, and assure capital prioritization practices are embedded in the business and essential reporting in place to provide insights.
• Assist in developing and managing process for managing the global project portfolio to leverage asset strategies.
• Analyze capital projects, ensure financial and operational aspects are clearly defined to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support multiple regions and business units concurrently.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Construction Management. PE certification preferred.
• 10 years of experience in project management, asset management, or capital management related roles. Chemical, mining or heavy industry experience preferred.
• Proven project delivery and portfolio management with experience in managing projects of greater than $20M and portfolios in excess of $150M.
• Demonstrated experience working with large matrix-style organizations across multiple regions.
• Leadership style that is inclusive, collaborative and value setting.
• Project Management Systems, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in successfully collaborating with multiple stakeholders, both internally in a matrix structure as well as externally.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.

Annual Salary Range*: $140K-$200K annual

*Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. The salary range is Dyno Nobel's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
