Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
Identifying Potential Clients: Researching and identifying potential clients who may require IT solutions/staffing services. This involves understanding the client's industry, size, location, and staffing needs.
Market Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the IT industry.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop innovative business development strategies
- Proficient in project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
