We're looking for a strategic, driven, and accomplished Account Executive who is passionate about finding and solving customer problems while delivering against business goals. As an Account Executive you will prospect and partner with prospective customers to clearly define their challenges and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs. You'll partner across the commercial organization with Sales Engineering, Account Management, and other cross-functional partners to manage complex inbound and outbound sales cycles and close new business.

Lastly, we offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package including base salary, quarterly variable commission earnings, and equity. We make sure there is equal pay for equal work and value diversity and inclusion. While compensation offers will ultimately be based on the candidate's skills and experiences, the range for total compensation for this position (including base and variable with a 60/40 split) is $160,000-$200,000 OTE with an uncapped variable and accelerators.

We also recognize and appreciate the freedom, flexibility, and focused work that comes with remote flexibility. This is why we believe that a hybrid schedule is a perfect balance of both. Our Louisville, CO office has a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, two days remote).
