DuctMasters USA, Inc is seeking to hire a full-time OR part-time Customer Service Representative to provide great customer experiences in our Pompano Beach, FL office. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 6 pm (full-time), or 1 pm - 6 pm (part-time). There is flexibility in the schedule with opportunities to work 3 days from the office and 2 from home. This hybrid office/work-from-home opportunity is available after 90 days of training. We pay our Customer Service Representatives a competitive wage of $14-$18/hour based on experience, and sales commission. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you start each day determined to use your top-notch customer service skills to give our clients the best possible experience in every interaction. With the exceptional training we have provided, you have become an expert in HVAC systems, indoor air quality problems and solutions, environmental compliance, energy savings solutions, and preventative maintenance. Because of this knowledge, you are able to effectively assist our clients.
It's a good thing that you enjoy chatting on the phone, as you spend a large part of your day on the phone either answering calls or making outbound calls to follow up with clients. You book appointments, collect payments, answer questions, and resolve issues. You also will create social media posts and assist with payroll. Each day, you enjoy interacting with our clients and feel good about the important part you play in our success!
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous HVAC experience is preferred, but not required. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus! Do you have strong communication skills? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you service-oriented? Can you remain positive in challenging situations? Are you self-motivated and attentive to detail?
