Role 1 Shift: Thursday - Monday (Off on Tuesday and Wednesday) 8am-5pm
Role 2 Shift: Thursday - Monday (Off on Tuesday and Wednesday) 11am-8pm

Your Impact:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to excellence. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Engaging with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure top-notch service
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
• Expertly managing and resolving customer concerns and complaints
• Monitoring delivery routes to ensure smooth operations
• Processing changes and cancellations to orders efficiently

What You Bring:

At a minimum, we're looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) But it gets even better if you have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of related experience, preferably in a dynamic call center environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with a knack for problem-solving
• Outstanding multitasking abilities paired with strong organization skills
• The resilience to excel under pressure, consistently exceeding customer expectations
