DUB-L-EE is a growing construction company looking for a Bilingual Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and eagerness to learn will give you the opportunity to advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and visitors to our office
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Data Entry
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Keeping inventory of office supplies
• Provide support around office as needed

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
