Job purpose
The Student Office Assistant works with the Center Manager to grade homework, file paperwork, set up classrooms, perform general car maintenance such as washing car.
Duties and responsibilities
- Encourage a team environment by working closely with instructors, Customer Service Associates, and Center Manager.
- Prepare paperwork and schedules to support the coordination of our team and services.
- Keep the center organized and neat.
- File paperwork as directed by the Customer Service Associates and Center Managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of company vehicles.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- 15 years of age or older
- Has a student status in either high school or college
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus
- Ability to view paperwork with honesty and integrity
- Ability to prioritize
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, dependable, and detail oriented
- Reliable transportation to assigned location(s)
