Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and analytical HR professional to join our team as an HR Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, managing projects, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance HR processes and decision-making. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, including project management, generalist duties, and analytics. If you have a strong background in HR, project management skills, and the ability to leverage data for strategic initiatives, we encourage you to apply for this position.This position is an important role within our HR department, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and data analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist support across various HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing company events and recognition programs.
  • Support HR compliance by staying updated with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring successful execution and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and provide insights to enhance HR processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards, presenting key findings and recommendations to HR leaders.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives through data analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
  • Assist in developing HR analytics frameworks and methodologies to enhance data-driven HR practices.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and G-Suite - Willingness to learn.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
