Douglas Brooke Legacy Capital (DBL Capital) is Hiring a Construction Administrative Assistant Near North Fort Myers, FL

Douglas Brooke Homes, a leading home builder in SWFL, is seeking an organized construction administrative assistant to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks. You’ll help our staff communicate with Trade Partners, assist with schedule management of ongoing jobs, and schedule/follow up with warranty calls. The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Construction Managers and SVPs of Construction and Operations
  • Assist the permitting department with data entry and filing paperwork
  • Communicate with Trade Partners to obtain necessary information pertaining to ongoing jobs
  • Coordinate Warranty calls between homeowners and Trade Partners, and follow up to ensure work is completed
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  •  Execute general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and record notes as needed
Qualifications:
  •  High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2 years of administrative experience is preferred
  • History in the construction industry is preferred
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple products, and Google Workspace

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
