Position Overview: Domino Equipment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to support sales in estimation and oversight of our installations department. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple installation projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage installation projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed according to specifications.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements, identify potential risks, and develop strategies for successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Provide leadership and direction to motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates for management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on installations or construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• PMP certification is a plus.
