Position: PMP Certified Project Manager with Land Mobile Radio Experience

Location: Oklahoma City Office

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager at Stolz Telecom, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of land mobile radio projects, as well as managing projects for 911 and other telecommunications solutions. You will utilize your PMP certification and expertise in land mobile radio systems to plan, implement, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage land mobile radio projects, 911 projects, and other telecommunications solution projects from initiation to closure, adhering to project management best practices and methodologies.

- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and understood.

- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders and management.

- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.

- Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and change requests.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in land mobile radio technology and other telecommunications solutions to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- PMP certification is mandatory.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as telecommunications, engineering, or project management.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in land mobile radio systems and technologies.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to travel occasionally, as required by project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
