Bring your dog to work? That’s right! Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual that will be the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator.

As the face of Dogtopia we're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to share the benefits of Dogtopia and our vision that every dog deserves daycare!

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Dogtopians for drop off and pick up of their dogs.
  • Cultivating an outstanding Dogtopia experience — provide dog parents with professional wisdom and advocate for the most appropriate products and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Brainstorming and identifying ways of increasing sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals as a team.
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships within the community.
  • Participate and assist in marketing efforts to solicit and promote new business inside and outside of the retail store.
  • Maintains a neat and always organized Front Desk and Lobby area.
  • Sets the example for the team on the 3 Ss (smile, story and satisfaction) and hold accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
  • Answer phones, e-mails and questions from pet parents
  • Strive for high customer review ratings!
  • Manage our front of house customer management and billing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Must LOVE dogs!
  • Have the availability to work flexible days and hours including some holidays and weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Must be able to pass a background check
