Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to various types of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about animals and have experience in pet grooming. Responsibilities: - Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, and haircuts for dogs, cats, and other pets - Trim nails, clean ears, and provide dental care as needed - Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, and recommend appropriate grooming techniques - Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and answering their questions Requirements: - Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or in a related field is preferred - Knowledge of different grooming techniques for various breeds of dogs and cats - Ability to handle animals with care and compassion - Strong attention to detail to ensure quality grooming services - Excellent communication skills to interact with pet owners effectively - Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing - Familiarity with animal care practices and basic veterinary procedures is a plus - Experience in equine grooming, kennel work, or veterinary assistance is beneficial If you are passionate about working with animals and have experience in pet grooming, we would love to hear from you.
