Description
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team! The SDR is our entry-level sales role and is seen as the starter position / bench for future development within the organization.
As the first point of contact for many prospects, this role will have the responsibility of maintaining DCN’s highest level of standards as you focus on qualifying and generating new SaaS-based sales demos and opportunities to support the Account Executives.
Successful candidates are high energy, ambitious, friendly, and have a superior work ethic.
This position reports directly to the Manager, Sales Development.
Location
For this position, we are open to remote candidates based anywhere in the United States.
Core Responsibilities
Drive lead opportunities and develop new business via inbound and outbound phone (50 / 50) and utilize mass communications tools such as email, social media, Salesloft, etc.
to introduce DCN products / services and drive demos

Compensation
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from.
Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location.
In addition, this role may be eligible for a market competitive bonus upon accepted offer.
Base Salary Range : $45,000 Commissions
For this role, we are only considering candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States and who do not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
