Job Description:
Docunet is a Digital Printing firm working in the Medical Device Industry producing high quality, FDA regulated documentation. We are looking for a high energy individual with an interest in working and growing within a small digital printing business.
This full time position of Account Manager will work directly with existing and potential buyers facilitating purchase orders as well as developing new accounts.
We are looking for someone with sales or account management experience, great interpersonal skills and a desire to grow within a small business.

Key Accountabilities

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship / Expectation Management
· Manage client needs and expectations to achieve satisfaction and maintain partnerships
· Develop manage relationships with new and existing client companies to maximize sales growth and client happiness.
· Collaborate and coordinate with the internal Digital Print and Finishing experts, Production Schedules, and Clients to oversee projects from concept to delivery.
· Produce internal Job Ticket for production, monitor progress to ensure delivery expectations are met. Review for invoicing.
· Communicate lead-times, process and contract fill requirements to customers as needed.
· Work with Key Accounts on issues that arise and provide successful solutions.
· Adhere to ISO Quality Standards and assist in driving improvements.
New Business Development
· Identify opportunities within existing accounts develop prospects to drive new business.
· Work with management to monitor market changes and how changes in the competitive landscape impact ongoing marketing.
Docunet Capabilities Product Knowledge
· Understand the digital printing and finishing environment, product management and production processes.
· Learn about, understand, communicate and sell to Medical Device Manufacturers.
Skills & Knowledge Required
· 2-3 years customer service, sales, or account management experience
· College Degree
· Must have outstanding interpersonal, and communication skills
· Must be an energetic, willing learner, self-starter and team player
