The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

• Answering a multi-line phone system, responding to customer inquiries, & routing calls efficiently.
• Processing orders for merchandise.
• Preparing & distributing sales quotes to customers and/or outside sales team.
• Compiling sales invoices and shipping documents such as export papers & commercial invoices.
• Receive and follow up on customer complaints.
• Maintain customer name & address database.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
• Deliver timely feedback to the company regarding service failure or customer concerns.
• Enter sales orders timely to facilitate production workflow.
