Our Client list includes Insurance Carriers, Third-Party Administrators, Motor Freight Transportation Carriers, Government Entities, and Self-Insured Corporations.

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Team in a support role recruiting new hires for internal, in office, positions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dedicated, reliable and detail oriented. Strong communication skills and the ability to move quickly and effectively through multiple tasks are a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding labor needs and position qualifications by department.

List job postings on job boards

Source and screen applicants for various positions on a daily basis.

Conduct telephone, zoom, and in person interviews to evaluate candidates and placement potential.

Assess applicant’s skills and qualifications to match individuals to job openings and source for future job openings.

Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings and notes into the company's candidate database.

Qualifications:

Ability to manage internal and external communications
