Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a passion for sales and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the designated market
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and competitor
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in countertop, ceramic tile, and LVT flooring sales.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the designated market as required
