Sparta Lawn Care, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for a motivated “people person” to help expand our growth as well as advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and institute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within designated territories.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and cold calls with new and existing clients to promote our landscaping services and products.
Provide clients with quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to their landscaping needs.
Collaborate with the management to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and requirements.
Utilize provided company software to track sales leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Occasionally attend industry events, trade shows, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments and to network with potential clients.
Maintain a reliable form of personal transportation

Qualifications:
Proven outside sales experience, preferably in the landscaping, lawn care, or similar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to be self-motivated while being communicative and active working with our team.
Must have a valid driver’s license to apply.

Experience: Sales experience preferred but not required. If you can sell yourself in the interview, we would love to give you a try!
Skills: Familiarity with using Jobber, Co-Pilot, Service Auto Pilot, Excel or Power Point are not required but a plus!
