The firm has active and strategic hiring needs across litigation, intellectual property, and corporate practice groups, servicing clients in a wide range of industries.

While they are looking to hire partners with portable business, they get that it’s a two-way street. Their pledge to you is to sustain and help grow your business.

If you have leadership ambitions, good news: leadership positions aren’t just reserved for equity partners, with many income partners chairing practice groups and committees.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in MA.
• Currently a partner with portable business, ideally $1m

You can expect a compensation package with a base in the region of $350-600k (depending on experience and portable business), plus bonuses based on originations, performance, hours etc.
