Distinct are supporting a full service national law firm with a strong litigation practice, supporting local companies and global businesses. This firm are in a state of growth and have multiple Partners looking to add to their teams.
This opportunity suits an experienced Attorney looking to get more strategic responsibilities in case management and overseeing work for junior attorneys. This firm have an achievable progression plan and pride themselves on supporting attorneys in business development, as well as those who just want to run with cases.
Experience & qualifications:
- The Ideal candidate will have 6-10 years commercial litigation experience, with exposure managing cases from beginning to end.
- Trial experience is desired
- Bar admission to PA (essential) and NJ/NY/DE (desirable)
- Broad exposure in across Litigation.
