Please email your resume and a short summary of why you are the perfect person for this job.- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings- Assign and monitor responsibilities and tasks among staff- Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance- Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency- Evaluate and manage staff performance- Organize orientation and training of new staff members- Attentive to details- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current- Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures- Assist in implementing procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory- Answer Telephone- Handle customer inquiries and complaints- Maintain a safe and secure working environment- Interfaces with the Sales & Marketing Manager with regards to marketing tasks- Develop successful marketing campaigns to drive awareness and product sales; including web content, blog posts, social media channels, presentations, videos, client case studies, demos, and training materials.Qualifications- Experience in a position with managerial, marketing and inventory responsibilities. - Understanding of state and local medical marijuana laws and how they will apply to the operation. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.- Effective time management and ability to multitask. - Proficiency in Windows based software, point of sale applications & graphic design software- Experience in POS software preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment. - Must not have a prior violent felony conviction or drug related offense.
