We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Office Manager preferably with some medical sales experience to join our NeuroAxis Health team in San Francisco, CA. Our ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker with project management skills, a team player, highly organized, and a problem-solver. The Office Manager provides direction, sets priorities and analyzes workflow, and manages billing & collections, according to established policies and management guidance. Recommends, develops, and implements new and revised procedures as needed.
You will also manage all tasks related to patient care, including scheduling appointments, patient data entry, invoicing/collection, and providing patient education. You will also be a key contributor to providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.
